• Step 1: Enter the GST Number and select the Financial Year from the dropdown menu.
• Step 2: Choose either “Self Submission” or “Customer Submission” to proceed.

  Self submission – User will submit GST Username and OTP on behalf of customer
  Customer submission – Username and OTP will be submitted by the customer itself

• Step 3: Enter the GST Username and click on Submit.
• Step 4: Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) received on the registered mobile number and email ID of the taxpayer.
• Step 5: The Report will be generated and displayed in a separate window. A copy will also be shared on the registered email ID and report will also be available on User dashboard.

• Step 1: Enter the PAN Number, Email ID, and select the Financial Year from the dropdown menu.
• Step 2: Once the request is submitted, you will receive an email with a link to submit your GST Username and OTP for each GSTIN associated with the provided PAN.
• Step 3: Click on the link in the email to access the GST Username and OTP submission page.
• Step 4: On the submission page, enter your GST Username and OTP for each GSTIN and submit the form.
• Step 5: Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) received on the registered mobile number and email ID of the taxpayer.
• Step 6: After submitting the GST Username and OTP, the MSME report generation process will begin.

Note: For MSMEs with multiple GSTINs under the same PAN, the report generation process will be initiated for all associated GSTINs once the GST Username and OTP are submitted for each GSTIN.
